Terms of Service

You must be 18 or older and located in the New York City area to use the service. Accounts require a valid invite code. Codes are personal — sharing one outside its intended recipient may result in the code being revoked.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your password secure. One account may be paired with one partner to form a couple. Both members see the same curated plans, itineraries, and responses, and either member's action (accept, skip, request a change) applies to the couple.

• Complimentary first night — new couples receive one curated night at no membership charge. Activity fees still apply.
• Club membership — billed monthly and renews automatically until cancelled. It includes up to the number of curated nights per week set in your settings, capped at three, plus one special date request per month. Requests do not roll over between months.
• Date passes and extra request credits — one-off purchases. Passes and credits expire three months after purchase.
• Cancellation — cancel any time from Settings. Your membership stays active through the end of the paid period; we do not prorate partial months.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider. Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes where applicable.

We make reservations in your name. You are responsible for arriving on time and for any charge a venue applies for a no-show or a late cancellation. Tell us as early as possible if you can't make a night — cancelling through the app lets our concierge release the table.

Where a venue requires prepayment — tickets, tastings, classes — we collect that amount in the app and pay it on your behalf. Those fees follow the venue's own refund rules and are generally non-refundable once booked.

Special requests are available to paying members and are subject to the monthly limit shown in the app. We do our best to fulfil every request, but availability, lead time, and venue capacity can make a specific ask impossible. If we can't deliver it, the request is returned to your balance.

Don't misuse the service: no fraudulent bookings, no reselling reservations, no harassment of our team or the venues we work with, and no attempt to access other members' data or our staff tools. We may suspend accounts that do.

Venue availability changes. We may substitute a comparable venue or timing when a reservation falls through, and we'll notify you in the app when we do.

The service is provided as-is. We are not responsible for the food, service, safety, or conduct of the independent venues we book. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms or that abuses the invite system, and will refund any unused prepaid amount where required by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any dispute will be handled in the courts located in New York County, New York.
